  • Email Audience Retargeting: Targeted visitors who interacted with the website but hadn’t purchased, leading to a 26.13% lower cost per purchase compared to previous campaigns.

  • Tested Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns for a broader reach

  • Focused on high-intent audiences (engaged visitors, abandoned carts, and past buyers)

  • Created compelling ad creatives that highlighted the brand’s non-toxic benefits

 

2. Website Optimisation for Higher Conversions: Alongside ads, we improved Ease Baby’s Shopify store to increase conversions:

  • Updated product descriptions to emphasise benefits and features

  • Streamlined checkout process to reduce abandoned carts

  • Enhanced product pages with social proof and urgency messaging

Results:

  • Conversion rate: Increased to 2.13%

  • Average order value (AOV): $84.60

  • Total orders: 66 orders fulfilled in just one month
